Alexander Yudenkov, tenor, was born in Russia. He studied in Moscow, Stuttgart, Bad Wurttemberg and Karlsruhe. He has performed as soloist in a vast concert repertoire, especially liturgical works, all over Europe as well as in Israel, Japan, Australia and the USA. He also specializes in singing contemporary works as well as operas and operettas. He has performed with conductors such as Peter Schreier, Helmuth Rilling, Frieder Bernius, Vladimir Fedoseyev and others. He is a member of the SWR Vocal Ensemble in Stuttgart.
