THE NEXT GENERATION – THE EDUCATION FUND

During the last season, approximately 4,000 high school kids attended the Israeli Opera productions. Pupils from all over the country arrived to almost every opera, after receiving advance preparation at their schools, entering the opera house dressed for the occasion, with eyes sparkling in anticipation. 

This important educational activity exists solely thanks to donations earmarked for the Israeli Opera’s Education Fund. 

We appreciate each and every special donation that helps create a future generation of opera lovers in Israel.

MEITAR OPERA STUDIO

Perhaps you are already familiar with our wonderful Israeli singers who captured your hearts during the past seasons. We have accompanied each and every one of them since they took their first steps at the Meitar Opera Studio – our special program for training young Israeli opera singers.

The Meitar Opera Studio program, which has given rise to an entire generation of opera singers, exists solely thanks to donations received. We would like to thank the Zvi and Ofra Meitar Family Fund for their generous, ongoing support of the Studio, as well as the many wonderful donors who keep the program working. 

We invite you to join this amazing circle which offers support to young Israeli singers of Meitar Opera Studio.

The Israeli Opera invites you to enable soldiers to enjoy opera performances free of charge.
