Important details for subscription or ticket purchasers:
- Subscription cards and/or tickets are sent via text message (SMS) to your mobile phone and email. When receiving your tickets, please check the charge amounts, dates, show times, and locations you received and make sure that all details match your order.
- Before each show you will receive a reminder via text message (SMS), which includes the tickets.
- Please pay attention to the show start times – shows start on time.
- Latecomers will be directed to the stands and seated in the available seats. Entry to purchased seats will be allowed during intermission only, if there is an intermission in the show.
- Please note, due to the horseshoe structure typical of opera houses, there may be partial visibility from certain seats on levels 3, 4, and 5.
- Ticket exchanges/cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the show.
- On the day of the show, tickets cannot be exchanged or canceled for any reason.
- Card cancellation is possible with a credit certificate.
* In exceptional cases, it will be possible to return the payment method used, with a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS – whichever is lower.
* Expired tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* The placement of singers in the opera productions, on the various dates, is determined towards the beginning of the performances – the placement will be published on the website.
