His repertoire includes Tristan in Tristan und Isolde (Wagner), the Drum Major in Wozzeck (Berg), Samson in Samson et Dalila (Saint-Saens), the title role in Oedipus Rex (Stravinsky), in Les Contes d’Hoffmann (Offenbach) and in Peter Grimes (Britten), Sergei in Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk (Shostakovich), Boris in Katya Kabanova (Janacek), Canio in Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), Alwa in Lulu (Berg), Ulysse in Penelope (Faure), Don Jose in Carmen (Bizet) and many other roles which he performs regularly in the opera houses of Turin, Florence, Bremen, Prague, Rome, Seattle, Dusseldorf, Toronto, New York, Luzern, London, Oslo, Vienna and others.
