Seng-Hyoun Ko, baritone

Ko Seng-Hyoun, baritone, was born in South Korea. His wide repertoire includes the title role in Nabucco, Simon Boccanegra, Macbeth and Rigoletto, Amonasro in Aida, Renato in Un ballo in maschera, Iago in Otello, Di Luna in Il trovatore (Verdi), Scarpia in Tosca (Puccini), Alfio in Cavalleria rusticana (Mascagni), Tonio in Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), Escamillo in Carmen (Bizet) and other roles. He performs regularly at the opera houses of Korea, Torre del Lago, Parma, Catania, Padova, Bologna, Florence, Rome, Cordova, Bilbao, Teneriffe, Montpellier, Toulouse, Marseille, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, Berlin, Liège, Japan, Athens, Genève, Orange and many others. At the Israeli Opera he performed the title role in Nabucco and Rigoletto (Verdi), the Grand Priest in Samson et Dalila (Saint-Saens).
