Mikhail Pirogov graduated from Tchaikovsky College in Ulan-Ude and the
St. Petersburg State Conservatory. His repertoire includes Turridu in Cavalleria
Rusticana, Canio in l Pagliacci, Herman in Pique Dame, Andrey
in Mazeppa, Cavaradossi in Tosca, Radames in Aida, Don
Jose in Carmen, Riccardo in Un Ballo in Maschera, Count Vaudémont
in Iolanthe and many others. He performs among others in the opera
houses of Deutsche Oper Berlin, Bayerische Staatsoper, Bolshoi Theatre Moscow
and the Novosibirsk State Opera. This is his Israeli Opera debut.
