Vincent Lemaire, set designer, was born in France. He has designed numerous opera productions including I Capuleti ed i Montecchi (Bellini), La traviata, Otello (Verdi), Le Prophete (Meyerbeer), Hamlet (Thomas), Un ballo in maschera (Verdi), Die tote Stadt (Korngold) and others. He has worked at the opera houses of Brussels, San Francisco, Liege, Lyon, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Stockholm, Vienna, Zurich, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Dresden, Tokyo, Salzburg, Barcelona and others.
