Austrian tenor David Kerber makes his Israeli Opera debut in the 2026/27 season as Tamino in Die Zauberflöte (Mozart). He also returns to the Vienna Volksoper for the title role in Der Zarewitsch, Tamino in Die Zauberflöte, and Ferrando in Così fan tutte. Recent credits include Tamino in Die Zauberflöte, Alfredo in La Traviata, Caramello in A Night in Venice, the Italian Singer in Der Rosenkavalier, the title role in Der Zarewitsch, and Alfred in Die Fledermaus (Volksoper); Sándor Barinkay in The Gypsy Baron (Franui); Dr. Erich Siedler in At the White Horse Inn (Volksoper); Alfredo in La Traviata (Vienna Summer Opera); and Count Zedlau in Strauss’s Wiener Blut (Johann Strauss Festjahr).
