Rudolph Fischer, revival lighting designer, was born in Austria. He has been working at the Vienna Staatsoper since 1994. Since 2002 he is the artistic director and a lighting designer at the lighting department of the Vienna Staatsoper where he is in charge of all new productions. This is his first work at the Israeli Opera.
