Polish-American soprano Magdalena Kuźma was a member of the Metropolitan Opera’s “Lindemann” Young Artist Development Program, and made her Met mainstage debut in the 23-24 season as Giannetta in L’elisir d’amore (Donizetti).

An avid recitalist, Kuźma recently performed with LyricFest and made her Wigmore Hall debut in November 2023. Other recital debuts this season include performances at The Green Music Center, Merkin Hall, the Newport Classical Music Festival, the Bruno Walter Theater, and the Society of the Four Arts.

Recent projects include her Polish National Opera debut as Pamina in Die Zauberflöte (Mozart), Papagena in Die Zauberflöte (Mozart) at the Metropolitan Opera, and Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro (Mozart) at the Aspen Music Festival.
