Ed Lyon, tenor, was born in Great Britain. His repertoire includes Steva in Jenufa (Janacek), Tamino in Die Zauberflote, Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni, the title role in La clemenza di Tito, Belmonte in Die Entfhurung aus dem Serail (Mozart), Jaquino in Fidelio (Beethoven), Peter Quint in The Turn of the Screw (Britten), Jupiter in Semele (Handel), the title role in Orfeo (Monteverdi) and many others. He performs at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden and in the opera houses of Munich, Amsterdam, Madrid, Paris, Brussels, Stuttgart, Vienna, Geneva, Koln and others.
