Burcu Uyar was born in Turkey. Her repertoire includes Olympia in Les Contes d’Hoffmann (Offenbach), the Queen of the Night in Die Zauberflote (Mozart), the title role in Lucia di Lammermoor (Donizetti) and in Manon (Massenet), Gilda in Rigoletto (Verdi), Donna Anna in Don Giovanni (Mozart) and other roles. She performs at the Deutsche Oper Berlin and in the opera houses of Izmir, Marseille, Nantes, Mannheim, Dijon, Düsseldorf, Padova and others.
