Oren Dar was born in Israel. He studied photography and art and he designs costumes for theatre, film, television and commercials. Among the many theatre productions he designed costumes to are Black Bird, Chapter II, The Prisoner from Park Avenue, An Unquiet Night, Crazy, The Sick Indian, Fatal Attraction, Who is Afraid from Virginia Woolf, Dolphins, Tea, On a Golden Pond, As You Like It, The Truth, Educating Rita, All My Sons, Art, Bent, The Shortest Night, Grapes of Wrath, Ghosts, The Count of Monet Christo an many others.
