Maya Mider Moran, a costume designer, was born in Israel. She has designed sets and costumes for opera, theater, musicals, children’s plays, and many other projects throughout the country. Among the many opera productions she has designed are The Marriage of Figaro (Mozart), Tosca (Puccini), Mothers (David Zeva), Hansel and Gretel (Humperdink), Don Pasquale (Donizetti), Orfeo (Monteverdi), Orpheus (Tahlmann), and more. Among the plays she has designed are Lysistrata , The Packers , and the musicals Greta and the Space Race , Goldie Hazziot , Chaplin , Salah Shabati , the Rocky film version, and more.
