Born in Romania and immigrated to Israel. He sings regularly in leading opera houses around the world, including Stuttgart, Seattle, Rome, Hamburg, Berlin, Barcelona, Zurich, Milan, the Vienna State Opera and more. His repertoire includes Tristan in Tristan und Isolde (Wagner) and the title role in Peter Grimes (Brittany).
