Ilya Silchukov was born in Belarus. His repertoire includes the title role in Yevgeni Onegin, Yeletsky in Pique Dame, Robert in Iolanta (Tchaikovsky), Germont in La traviata, Miller in Luisa Miller (Verdi), Albert in Werther, Athanael in Thais (Massenet), Silvio in Pagliacci (Leoncavallo) and other roles. He performs in the opera houses of Trieste, Minsk, Brussels, Talinn, Brno, Bratislava, Frankfurt, Rome, Perm and others.
