German Enrique Alcantara, baritone, was born in Argentina. His repertoire includes Marcello in La boheme (Puccini), the title role in Don Giovanni (Mozart), Malatesta in Don Pasquale (Donizetti), Hermann and Schlemil in Les Contes d’Hoffmann (Offenbach), Wagner in Faust (Gounod), Uberto in La serva padrona (Pergolesi), Morales and Dancaire in Carmen (Bizet) and others. He performed at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden and in the opera houses of Metz, Trier, Argentina and others.
