Romy Zelig , soprano, was born in Israel. She studied at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. Her repertoire includes Femina in The Magic Flute , Susanna in The Marriage of Figaro , Zerlina in Don Giovanni , Despina in So They All Do (Mozart), Elohim in Mothers (Zeba), and more. She has won scholarships from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation and the Ronen Foundation. Romy Zelig is a member of the Meitar Opera Studio of the Israeli Opera, where her repertoire includes, among others, Femina and Papagena in The Magic Flute (Mozart), Gretel in Hansel and Gretel (Humperdink), and more.
