Stepanovitch Dimitri, baritone

was born in Russia. His repertoire includes Mephistopheles in Faust (Gounod), Don Pizarro in Fidelio (Beethoven), Bartolo and Don Basilio in Il barbiere di Siviglia (Rossini), Dulcamara in L’elisir d’amore (Donizetti), Arkel in Pelleas et Melisande (Debussy), Frank in Die Fledermaus (J. Strauss), the title role in The Demon Rubinstein, Ruslan and Farlaf in Ruslan and Ludmila (Glinka) and many other roles. He performed in the USA, South Korea, the Netherlands, France, Poland and Yugoslavia. This is his Israeli Opera debut.
