Eduardo Aladrén, tenor, was born in Spain. He holds degrees in voice from the Conservatory of Zaragoza, the Escuela Superior de Canto in Madrid, and the School of Music in Bloomington (Indiana University, USA). He also holds a degree in Industrial Engineering. Settled in Germany since 2010, his international career has led him to perform at the Teatro Real (Madrid), Norwegian National Opera (Oslo), Finnish National Opera (Helsinki), Deutsche Oper am Rhein, Oper Leipzig, Bayreuth, Aalto Essen, Opera Bonn, State Opera Prague, Latvian National Opera (Riga), Lithuanian National Opera (Vilnius), Filarmonico Verona, Novaya Opera (Moscow), Palm Beach Opera (USA), Bellas Artes Theater (Mexico DF), New National Opera Tokyo, Opera Graz and Opera St. Gallen. His repertoire includes the principal tenor roles in Parsifal (Wagner), Madama Butterfly (Puccini), Tosca (Puccini), Il tabarro (Puccini), Turandot (Puccini), Otello (Verdi), Don Carlo (Verdi), La forza del destino (Verdi), Aida (Verdi), Nabucco (Verdi), Macbeth (Verdi), Adriana Lecouvreur (Cilea), Cavalleria rusticana (Mascagni), Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), Andrea Chénier (Giordano), Carmen (Bizet), La vida breve (de Falla) and others. Since 2019, he is a member of the soloist ensemble at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein in Düsseldorf. He performed at the Puccini Festival.
