    Nadelmann Neomi, soprano

    Neomi Nadelmann was born in Switzerland, daughter of the composer Leo Nadelmann. Her wide operatic repertoire includes the roles of Musetta and Mimi in La boheme (Puccini), Zerbinetta in Ariadne auf Naxos (R. Strauss), the leading role in Manon (Massenet) and in Lucia di Lammermoor (Donizetti), Nedda in Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), Violetta in La traviata (Verdi),  Jenny in Aufstieg und Fall der Stadt Mahagonny (Weill), the leading role in Die lustige Witwe (Lehar), Rosalinde in Die Fledermaus (J. Strauss), Armida in Rinaldo (Handel), Donna Anna in Don Giovanni (Mozart), Micaela in Carmen (Bizet) and many other roles. She has many recordings to her credit and she performs regularly at the Vienna Staatsoper, the Metropolitan Opera in New York and the opera houses of Zurich, Bern, Venice, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Paris, Chicago, Amsterdam, San Diego, Leipzig, Dresden, Tokyo and others.
