Joel Prieto, tenor, was born in Spain. His repertoire includes Romeo in Romeo et Juliette (Gounod), Tamino in Die Zauberflote, Ferrando in Cosi fan tutte (Mozart), Ernesto in Don Pasquale (Donizetti), Alfredo in La traviata (Verdi), Narraboth in Salome (R. Strauss) and others. He has performed in the opera houses of Turin, Buenos Aires, Bilbao, Rome, Tokyo, Nice, Berlin, Barcelona, Valencia, Brussels, Bern, Dresden, Munich and others. This is his Israeli Opera debut.
