Vasyl Solodkyy, tenor was born in the Ukraine. His repertoire includes Nemorino in L’elisir d’amore (Donizetti), Pong in Turandot (Puccini), Tom Rakewell in The Rake’s Progress (Stravinsky), Alfredo in La traviata, Borsa in Rigoletto (Verdi), Remendado in Carmen (Bizet) and others. He performs at the opera houses of Parma, Pesaro, Bari, Modena, Macerata, Martina Franca, Wexford, Bergamo and others. This is his Israeli Opera debut.
