    Nophar Levinger, movement designer, was born in Israel. She is an actress, choreographer and a teacher of movement and dance. She was Yoram Karmi’s first hand assistant at the Fresco Dance Company. She danced with the Young Kibbutz Dance Company and Da Da Dance. She performed as an actress in Shakespeare in the Chinese Ranch, Sodom, Adel and the Big War in Three Acts. She performed as an actress/dancer in the Cameri Theatre productions of A Chorus Line, Funny Girl and West Side Story. At the Israeli Opera she performed as a dancer in Turandot (Puccini), Macbeth (Verdi), Die Fledermaus (J. Strauss) and Alcina (Handel). This is her first work as a movement designer for the Israeli Opera.
