Marc Sabbah, violist, was born in the USA. He performs as a soloist with orchestras, a chamber musician and is also a professor of viola in conservatories in Belgium and the Netherlands. He performs regularly as a guest principal violist of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra as well as with other orchestras. He has created the Duo Sabbah-Reyes with pianist Eliane Reyes and performs in many chamber music festivals in the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, the Ukraine, Russia, Israel, the USA and Canada. He has performed as a soloist with the Belgian National Orchestra, the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra, the Casco Philharmonic, De Filharmonie Amsterdam, the Ukraine State Orchestra and other orchestras. He plays on a Leroy F. Geiger viola dates 1951 and made in Chicago.
