Genrih Gopin, violinist, was born in Belarus. He graduated from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. He participated in numerous festivals including Emilia Romagna in Italy, Thisted International Chamber Music Festival in Denmark and others. He has performed with the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra under Daniel Barenboim, the Young Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestra Pour la Paix in France, IDF Chamber Orchestra and was a guest player with most leading Israeli orchestras. Since 2006 he is a member of the opera orchestra, The Israel Symphony Orchestra Rishon LeZion where he holds the position of  associate concertmaster since 2017.
