Bernard Richter, tenor, was born in Switzerland. His repertoire includes the title role in Idomeneo and in La clemenza di Tito, Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni, Tamino in Die Zauberflote (Mozart), Luriciano in Ariodante (Handel), Pelleas in Pelleas et Melisande (Debussy), Des Grieux in Manon (Massenet), Froh in das Rheingold, Erik in Der fliegende Hollander (Wagner), Benedict in Beatrice et Benedict (Berlioz), Ecclitico in Il mondo della luna (Haydn), Paris in La Belle Helene (Offenbach) and others. He performs at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, La Sala in Milan, the Vienna Staatsoper and in the opera houses Moscow, Tokyo, Amsterdam, Madrid, Warsaw, Lyon, Paris, Munich, Geneva and others. This is his Israeli Opera debut.
