Dotan Tal, violin, born in Israel. He studied at the Carmiel Conservatory and graduated from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. He was the concertmaster of the Kibbutz Orchestra and of an orchestra in the USA. Since 2005 he is performing with the Diwan East-West Orchestra conducted by Daniel Barenboim. He received the AICF scholarships. He is a member of the Elysium Ensemble. He is the leader of the second violin section in the opera orchestra, the Israel Symphony Orchestra Rishon LeZion. He was a soloist in the Israeli Opera production of The Passenger (Weinberg).
