Deutsch Tamar, cello
Deutsch Tamar, cello
Tamar Deutsch, cello, born in Israel. She studies at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music first with Micha Haran and now with Hillel Zori. She has won numerous awards and scholarships including from the AICF and the Ronen Foundation. She was a distinguished musician at the Israeli Army. She participated in numerous masterclasses with Gavriel Lipkind, Kyril Zlotnikov, Jeffrey Solow, Fred Cherry and others. She played with the Young Philharmonic Orchestra. She participated in the Jerusalem Music Center program for young distinguished musicians. She led the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music Symphony Orchestra conducted by Lahav Shani and joined the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra in a special project conducted by Lahav Shani. During her studies at the Kiryat Yam Conservatory she participated in the Israeli Opera’s community production of the Magic Flute.
