Ola Schur Selektar, actress, born in Kishinev. She acts in theatre, film and television. She graduated from Beit Zvi. She performed in many theatre productions at the Cameri Theatre including Antigone, The Glass Menagerie, Yentel, The Good Person of Szechwan, Cabaret, Elektra, Bad Jews, As You Like It, The Child Dreams, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, A Night in Paris and many others. She performed in the films The World is Funny, Igor and the Cranes’ Journey, Welcome and Our Condolences and others. In television she performed among others in Waking Up the Bear. She is also a singer and in May 2017 released her debut album, Ola, with songs she has written to her own music and the music of Jack Pissak. She won various awards for her theatre performances and the best actress award in the NY Start Film Festival (2013) for her performance in Welcome and Our Condolences.
