Maté Moray, movement designer, was born in Hungary. He received his education and at the Hungarian Dance Academy. He danced with Hungary’s Győr Ballet and with the Israel Ballet. He is the former artistic director of the Israel Ballet, the “Project” of the Israeli Opera and Suzanne Dellal Centre and of Curtain Up. He is an international guest teacher and judge in ballet competitions in Israel and abroad. He is the Head of the Dance Department and one of the main ballet masters at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance and in various dance schools around Israel.
