Leslie Travers, set designer, was born in Great Britain. He works extensively in theatre, dance and opera where his repertoire includes I Puritani (Bellini), Carmen (Bizet), Manon Lescaut, La boheme (Puccini), Katya Kabanova, Jenufa (Janacek), Werther (Massenet), Billy Budd, Albert Herring, The Turn of the Screw (Britten), Salome (R. Strauss), Otello (Verdi) and many others including the ballets Swan Lake, The Nutcracker and Cinderella and theatre productions such as Fiddler on the Roof, Twelfth Night, Rebecca, The Duchess of Malfi and many others. He works for most British theatre companies and for the opera houses of Geneva, St. Louis. San Diego, Philadelphia, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Warsaw, Oslo, Santa Fe, Welsh National Opera, Scottish Opera, Opera North, La Scala and others.
