Khismatullina Aigul, soprano

Aigul Khismatullina, soprano, was born in Russia. Her repertoire includes Gilda in Rigoletto, Nanetta in Falstaff (Verdi), the Swan Bird in The Tale of Tsar Saltan, Marfa in The Tsar’s Brid (Rimsky-Korsakov), Ninetta in L’amour des Trois Oranges (Prokofiev), Lauretta in Gianni Schicchi (Puccini), the title role in Lucia di Lammermoor (Donizetti) and more. She performs at the Mariinsky in St. Petersburg as well as in the opera houses of Oman, Tokyo, Barcelona and others. This is her Israeli Opera debut.
