    Navoth Tamara, mezzo-soprano
    Tamara Navot, mezzo soprano, was born in Israel. She graduated from the Jerusalem Academy for Music and Dance and the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music. Her operatic repertoire includes Berta in Il barbiere di Siviglia (Rossini), Annio in La clemenza di Tito (Mozart), the title role in L’Enfant et les Sortileges (Ravel) and in La Calisto (Cavalli) and others. She received the IVAI, AICF and Miki Ofrat scholarships. Tamara Navot is a member of the Israeli Opera's Meitar Opera Studio where her repertoire includes Hansel in Hansel und Gretel (Humperdinck), the second lady in Die Zauberflote (Mozart), Damsel in La liberazione di Ruggiero (Francesca Cacini) and others. At the Israeli Opera she performed a Cretan Woman in Idomeneo (Mozart).
