    Tamara Navoth, mezzo soprano, was born in Israel. She graduated from the Jerusalem Academy for Music and Dance and the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music. Her operatic repertoire includes the title role in Dido and Aeneas (Purcell), Berta in Il barbiere di Siviglia (Rossini), Annio in La clemenza di Tito (Mozart), Hänsel in Hänsel und Gretel (Humperdinck), Mercedes in Carmen (Bizet), the title role in L’enfant et les sortilèges (Ravel), the title role in La calisto (Cavalli) and others. She received the Leon Nacht, Eli Leon, Ronen Foundation, AICF, IVAI and Miki Ofrat Foundation scholarships. She performed as a soloist with the Haifa Symphony Orchestra, the Raanana Symphonette, Barocade, the Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra, the Upper Galilee Orchestra and in various music festivals in Israel. She was a member of the Meitar Opera Studio where her repertoire included Diana/Giove as Diana in La calisto (Cavalli), Damsel in La liberazione di Ruggiero (Francesca Caccini) and others.
