Falkovski Alexandra, soprano
Was born in the Ukraine and immigrated to Israel in 2002. She graduated from the Buchman-Mehta School of Music at the Tel Aviv University where she studied with Tamar Rahum. During her studies she performed in concerts and recitals all over Israel in varied operatic and concert repertoire including Beethoven's Choral Fantasy with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Zubin Mehta, Vivaldi's Gloria, Dido & Aeneas (Purcell) with the Raanana Symphonette Orchestra, the Academy Orchestra and other orchestras. She has been a recipient of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation and the Buchman-Mehta School of Music scholarships. Alexandra Falkovski is an associate singer of the Israeli Opera's Opera Studio where her repertoire includes Pamina and Papagena in Die Zauberflote (Mozart) as well as the Sand Fairy and the Dew Fairy in Hansel und Gretel (Humperdinck).
