Ross Felice, lighting designer
was born in the USA. and currently lives in Israel. She has designed lighting for many theatre, opera and dance productions including The Seagull, Pygmalion, Les Liaisons Dangereuses, A Servant for Two Masters, The Good Soldier Schweik, The Blood Knot, Festen for different theatres in Israel, Cleansed and 4.48 Psychosis, The Tempest and Richard II, The Bachae, Krum for various companies in Poland, The Dybbuk, Angels in America, Remembrance of Things Past, (Schauspiel Bonn), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Nice), In the Jungle of Cities (Schaubuhne Berlin), Speaking in Tongues, Madame de Sade (Toneelgroep Amsterdam), Macbeth (Schauspielhaus Hanover), The Bachae, L’Affaire de la rue de Lourcine (Poreia Theatre Athens), A Streetcar Named Desire (Teatre Odeon Paris) and the musical comedy by Roman Polanski Dance of the Vampires in Warsaw. Her opera designs include Otello (Verdi), Yevgeny Onegin, Pique Dame (Tchaikovsky), Don Giovanni (Mozart), Don Carlo (Verdi), Ubu Rex (Penderecki), Wozzeck (Berg) at the National Opera in Warsaw, Andrea Chenier (Giordano) at the National Opera in Washington D.C., Così fan tutte (Mozart) in Poznan, Medee (Cherubini) in Brussels, Yevgeny Onegin (Tchaikovsky) in the Bavarian Staatsoper in Munich, Iphigénie en Tauride (Gluck), The Makropolus Case (Janacek), Parsifal (Wagner), King Roger (Szymanowski) at the National Opera on Paris and others. At the Israeli Opera she designed the lighting for L’elisir d’amore (Donizetti), Il barbiere di Siviglia (Rossini), The Medium (Menotti), Yevgeni Onegin (Tchaikovsky) and A Journey to the End of the Millennium (Bardanashvili).
