Was born in Poland. He designs costumes for film, theatre and opera. His opera works include Otello (Verdi), Pique Dame (Tchaikovsky), Andrea Chénier (Giordano) and others at the the Polish National Opera, Staatsoper Berlin Unter Den Linden, Washington Opera and opera houses in France, Japan, Spain and the United States.
