Baysa Dashnyam, soprano, was born in Mongolia. She has performed many leading roles including in Tosca, Madama Butterfly (Puccini),  Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, Abigaile in Nabucco (Verdi), Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni (Mozart), Santuzza in Cavalleria rusticana (Mascagni) at various opera houses including Sofia National Opera House in Bulgaria, Romania, Switzerland, Hungary and many others. At the Israeli Opera she sang the title role in Turandot (Puccini).
