Susanna Branchini was born in Italy. Her repertoire includes Leonora in Il trovatore, Odabella in Attila, Elisabetta in Don Carlo, Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, Abigaille in Nabucco, the title role in Aida (Verdi), the title role in Tosca, Suor Angelica and Madama Butterfly (Puccini), Nedda in Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), Santuzza in Cavalleria rusticana (Mascagni) and many others. She performs regularly at the Arena di Verona and in the opera houses of Macerata, Antwerp, Venice, Sao Paolo, Paris, Florence, Detroit, Rome, Nice, Parma, Naples, Tokyo and others.
