Ponkin Vladimir, conductor
Was born in Russia. He is the chief conductor of Helikon Opera. He was a conductor of the State Symphony Orchestra of the Ministry of Culture of the USSR, the Yaroslavl Symphony Orchestra, the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra and the State Orchestra of Moscow Philharmonic. He has a great experience as a guest conductor with different foreign orchestras. He was the chief conductor of the Moscow Stanislavsky & Nemirovich- Danchenko Music Theatre.
