Lucian Petrean, baritone, was born in Romania. His repertoire includes Conte di Luna in Il trovatore, Amonasro in Aida, Renato in Un ballo in maschera, the title role in Nabucco and Rigoletto (Verdi), Tonio in Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), Alfio in Cavalleria rusticana (Mascagni) and others. He performs in the opera houses of Zagreb, Dusseldorf, Nancy, Regensburg, Prague, Bucharest, Catania, Karlsruhe and others. At the Israeli Opera he sang Scarpia in Tosca (Puccini).
