Smorgonsky Orna, costume designer
Orna Smorgonsky, costume designer, was born in Israel. She has worked with most leading Israeli theatre companies including the Cameri, Habimah, Beit Lessin, Haifa Theatre, the Mediatheque and others. She has designed costumes to numerous theatre productions including Murder, Lysistrata 2000, Copenhagen, The Producers, Death of a Salesman, Brighton Beach Memoires, Fiddler on the Roof, Yentel, Ghetto, Happy End, Cabaret, Richard II, Richard III, Macbeth, The Crucible, The Jungle Book, Good, History Boys, A View from the Bridge, The Glass Menagerie, The Taming of the Shrew, Three Tall Women, The Dybbuk, The Uncle from Cape Town, To Be or Not To Be, Othello and many more. She has designed costumes for the operas Max & Moritz (Shohat) and for Nabucco (Verdi) directed by Omri Nitzan in Tokyo.
