Omri Aizenbud, boy soprano
Omri Aizenbud, boy soprano, was born in Israel in 2001. He is a member of the Bat Shir Choir conducted by Tali Weissman since he was five years old. He also studies the violin. He performed the role of Ping in The Empty Flowerpot (Lorin Maazel) with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the solo part in Chichester Psalms (Bernstein) and the solo part in Genesis (Noam Sheriff) with the Haifa Symphony Orchestra. He performed the child in Baruch’s Silence (Ella Sheriff). With the Haifa Symphony Orchestra he performed the Child in Die Zauberflote (Mozart) and the Sheppard in Tosca (Puccini).
At the age of 10 he performed the Child in Die Zauberflote (Mozart) with the Israeli Opera.
He is also interested in politics, science and technology and participates in various travel clubs as part of his love to nature and local history.
