    Miriam Gadjieva was born in Azerbaijan. She graduated from the Jerusalem Academy for Music and Dance. Her operatic repertoire includes Musetta in La boheme, Lisette in La rondine, Suor Dolcina in Suor Angelica (Puccini), the Second Woman in Dido and Aeneas (Purcell), Annina in La traviata (Verdi) and other roles. She won prizes in singing competitions in Israel and abroad. She received the AICF scholarships. She performed as a soloist in many concerts in Israel. Miriam Gadjieva is a member of the Israeli Opera’s Meitar Opera Studio where her repertoire includes Papagena in Die Zauberflote (Mozart), the Sand Fairy and the Dew Fairy in Hansel und Gretel (Humperdinck).
