Hope Noa, mezzo soprano
Hope Noa, mezzo soprano
Noa Hope, mezzo soprano, was born in Israel. She graduated from the Jerusalem Academy for Music and Dance. During her studies she received prizes in various competitions and performed as a soloist in many concerts all over Israel. Her operatic repertoire includes Baba in the medium (Menotti), Rosina in Il barbiere di Siviglia (Rossini), Suzuki and Kate in Madama Butterfly (Puccini), Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro (Mozart) and other roles. Noa Hope won a special scholarship to continue her studies for a Master degree at the Jerusalem Academy for Music and Dance in combination with the Meitar Opera Studio of the Israeli Opera. Within this framework she performed the title role in La Cenerentola (Rossini) in the Children Opera Hour series.
