Dolora Zajick was born in the USA. Her repertoire includes Ulrica in Un ballo in maschera, Azucena in Il trovatore, Amneris in Aida, Eboly in Don Carlo (Verdi), Ortrud in Lohengrin, Mary in Der fliegende Hollander (Wagner), Mrs. Grose in The Turn of the Screw (Britten), Madame de Croissy in Les Dialogues des Carmelites (Poulenc), Zia Principessa in Suor Angelica (Puccini), Jezibaba in Rusalka (Dvorak), the Countess in Pique Dam (Tchaikovsky) and many other roles. She has numerous CDs and DVDs to her credit. She performs regularly at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, LA Scala in Milan and in the opera houses of Rome, Dallas, Berlin, Washington, San Francisco, Madrid, Los Angeles, Barcelona and many others. This is her Israeli Opera debut.
