Francesca Franci was born in Italy. Her repertoire includes Laura in La Gioconda (Ponchielli), Maddalena in Rigoletto, Preziosilla in La forza del destino, Quickly in Falstaff, Azucena in Il trovatore (Verdi), Jezibaba in Rusalka (Dvorak), Marina in Boris Godunov (Mussorgsky), Madelon in Andrea Chenier (Giordano) and many other roles. She performs regularly in AL Scala in Milan as well as in the opera houses of Verona, Rome, Florence, Paris, Amsterdam, Munich, Zurich, Frankfurt, Beijing, Tokyo and many others.
