Vladimir Stoyanov was born in Bulgaria. His repertoire includes the title role in Macbeth, Francesco in I Masnadieri, Renato in Un ballo in maschera, Germont in La traviata, Rodrigo in Don Carlo, the title role in Nabucco and Rigoletto (Verdi), Sharpless in Madama Butterfly (Puccini), Enrico in Lucia di Lammermoor (Donizetti) and many others. He performs regularly in the Metropolitan Opera in New York, La Scala in Milan, the Royal Opera House Covent Garden in London, the Arena di Verona and the opera houses of Naples, Venice, Rome, Berlin, Parma, Turin, Valencia, Tokyo, Munich, Florence, Paris, Barcelona and others.
