Jean-Guy Lecat was born in France. He has designed numerous theatre and opera productions including L’elisir d’amore (Donizetti), Il barbiere di Siviglia (Rossini), Le Grande Duchesse de Gerolstein (Offenbach), La clemenza di Tito (Mozart) and many others. He has worked at the opera houses of Liege, Seoul, Houston, Barcelona, Dublin, Lisbon, Montreal as well as with theatre companies in Paris, London New York and many other places.
