Serban Vasile was born in Romania. His repertoire includes the title role in Yevgeni Onegin (Tchaikovsky), Figaro in Il barbiere di Siviglia (Rossini), Germont in La traviata, Ford in Falstaff (Verdi), Belcore in L’elisir d’amore (Donizetti), Figaro in Le nozze di Figaro (Mozart) and other roles. He performs in the Metropolitan Opera in New York and in the opera houses of Bucharest, Amsterdam, Como, Wuhan and others.
